Veal Elizabeth


  • veal cutlets
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • garlic (3 whole roasted cloves)
  • 1T minced garlic
  • 1T minced shallot
  • 3oz roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2oz white wine
  • cooked pasta (Al Dente)
  • 3oz sundried tomatoes


Heat the oil in pan until hot. Dredge veal in flour. Sauté 3 minutes on the first side to golden brown. Add roasted garlic, red peppers, sundried tomatoes, and minced garlic and shallots. Cook 2 minutes. Deglaze pan with white wine. Finish with heavy cream. Cook 5 minutes until heavy cream reduces. Add pasta to sauté pan. Plate and serve!
