Lobster Milano


  • 1/4 pound fresh Maine lobster meat
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 chopped fresh garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3 ounces white onion, sliced
  • 3 ounces red peppers, sliced
  • 3 ounces green peppers, sliced
  • 2 ounces portobello mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 pound pasta of choice


Bring water to boil and add pasta. While pasta is cooking, warm pan over high heat and add olive oil. Add sundried tomatoes and fresh garlic to pan and saute for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir. Add white wine and saute for 1 minute. Add onion, peppers and mushrooms, and cook another 2 minutes. Add lobster and crushed red pepper and saute for 1 minute. Serve the lobster and vegetables and sauce over the plated cooked pasta. Enjoy!
