Gulf Seafood Pasta – Riverhouse Reef & Grill

Gulf Seafood Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 8 bay scallops
- 5 jumbo shrimp
- 5 PEI mussels
- 2 ounces Chablis wine
- 4 ounces marinara
- salt and pepper
- parmesan
- basil
Instructions:
Put olive oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Add scallops, shrimp and mussels. Saute with Chablis wine for about 5 minutes, making sure the mussels open. Add marinara, and cook until all is hot. Finish with salt, pepper, basil and Parmesan to taste.
