The original recipe concept for MADE Restaurant's Original Eats dish came from MADE's Owner, Mark Woodruff's, childhood. Mark's mother served Double Dipped Fried Chicken for dinner on a weekly basis. Mark remembers returning home after football practice and smelling it cooking, and getting very excited. Over the years Mark made this recipe his own with the typical MADE flair. This dish evokes memories of childhood and the times when family gathered around the table to enjoy a wonderful meal together.
