Join element as they tour the whiskeys of the most awarded Rye Whiskey maker in the world, WhistlePig!  And what better way to pay homage to their favorite spirited pig than with a pork dinner!  

Chef Nils has put together an array or pork dishes sure to please and pair perfectly with the whiskey line-up put together by Sommelier, Mani González.  Educators from WhistlePig will be on hand to teach you how a band of dedicated rye enthusiasts transformed an old dairy farm into a Whiskey-making paradise that went on to produce some of the best and most coveted whiskeys in the world.
