In conjunction with Forks & Corks, Chef Ray will be preparing an exquisite three course gourmet lunch. Enjoy Chef Ray's humor as he demonstrates each step, offering his tried and true tips and techniques - techniques that you can use when preparing this outstanding meal for your friends and family.

Lesson Luncheons begin promptly at 10:30 am and run until about 1:30 pm
