The Coolinary's menu consists of the freshest and tastiest vegetables, fruits, and homemade products. Including jams, chutneys, honey, dairy products, cheeses, fish and seafood, and free-range meats. It is a huge part of our core values to exclusively use GMO-free, hormone-free and no artificial ingredients in any of our products. Istvan Bottyan, the CEO of our restaurant, was born in Europe, in the countryside where he loved nature and farming. He worked on the family farm since he was six, then as a young adult he studied in Budapest where he experienced many exciting cultures and became a fan of literature and gastronomy. His travels and study have given him a true awareness of European cuisine philosophy and techniques. Discovering Europe and America's similar gastronomic roots and common ingredients have resulted in Istvan’s joy of the culinary arts.
