Brunch and blues return to Mattison's Riverwalk

Mattison's popular weekend brunch returns to its open-air restaurant location on the Bradenton Riverwalk every Saturday and Sunday. On the fourth Sunday of each month, brunch diners are treated to a live blues performance. The monthly Blues Brunch, a partnership with Realize Bradenton and the Bradenton Blues Festival, features top local, regional and nationally acclaimed blues musicians. To kick off the return of Blues Brunch, Memphis Rub Band will take the stage this Sunday, June 28. Memphis Rub Band is a four-piece band from the Sarasota/Bradenton area, performing a crowd-pleasing blend of blues, rock, funk and R&B favorites as well as well-received originals. Brunch includes chef-created menu items like the Niman Ranch steak and eggs, Riverwalk breakfast, breakfast sundae and stuffed French toast. There's also a build your own bloody mary, and mimosa made with local orange juice or a Bellini using fresh made Georgia peach puree.
