Highlights with The Coolinary

Starting their 3rd year as a progressive American & Hungarian restaurant in Sarasota, The Coolinary is pleased to have recently joined The Sarasota-Manatee Originals as a member.
Their monthly Wine Dinners are a great success with a 10 person maximum seating enabling an interactive wine dining event to be enjoyed by the guests. Sommelier and owner Istvan Bottyan is very well schooled in wines and presents the wines with his knowledge and love of poetry that all the guests enjoy very much. Look for their upcoming five course Champagne Wine Dinner on December 13.

New here is their new vegan and vegetarian Superfood specialties made from clean, healthy ingredients and are available with a choice of protein. For The Coolinary it is important that their guests receive the highest quality food - the management personally checks the local businesses from whom the raw foods will be purchased further ensuring that our standards are kept high. Furthermore, an important part of The Coolinary's mission is to support local small farmers. With this, they can also reduce the ecological footprint - as the local producers have much less pollution from fuel and packaging materials - just to mention the two most important ones.

Happy Hours are a great way to relax after work or before dinner. Enjoy their special Craft Cocktails and special priced dishes from 5 to 6PM daily. Live music Thursday through Saturday and The Cool Lounge every Saturday with great dance music staring at 9:30PM. The Coolinary will be open Christmas Eve and for New Year's Eve with a special evening planned.
