Part time and full time available. Wage is absolutely negotiable based on experience. Follow Head Chef directions and daily kitchen’s activities. Shift will be approximately Tuesday-Friday 9am-3pm and Saturday 2pm-10pm.
You will be working with the Head Chef daily to prep and construct our innovative dishes ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude. Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies · Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, assembling and preparing sauces according to our menu and recipes. Cook food items by grilling, sauteing and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards · Assists chef with daily kitchen functions as needed · Ability to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment · Understands the importance of practicing safety and sanitation policies at all times · Demonstration high level of organization, cleanliness, and sense-of-urgency · Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, and weekends, and holidays · Must be willing and able to lift, move and carry a minimum of 5 pounds regularly · Regular attendance is an essential function · The company reserves the right to add or change duties/tasks as assigned by employer at his sole discretion · Having extensive menu knowledge · Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times, willing to help out where needed · Adheres to Reef Cakes uniform standards and dress code guidelines · Can complete requirements of job without constant supervision in a timely manner.

The Breakfast House has become one of the most popular breakfast and lunch eateries to hit the city. It's the menu that draws visitors in. A hint of coconut where you'd least expect it. An edible orchid served alongside a fluffy pancake. The collaboration of design, intuition and a few "secret" ingredients, draws in foodies to start their day off with a fusion of mouthwatering tastes. Customers come in for the signature Key West Benedict, Homemade Corn Beef Hash, or the Delectable Island Pancakes.
The position for line cook includes saute eggs from 8am until 2pm Saturdays and Sundays. Great extra money for someone who works nights.

Co-owned and operated by childhood friends and partners Mitch Good and Matt Hess, El Melvin Cocina Mexicana is an entrepreneurial spin off based on a storied chicken farm and grocery store history. Mitch’s grandfather, Melvin Mitchell, for whom El Melvin is named, embodied this spirit, growing up and working on a chicken farm.
Duties include: mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests, verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales.
