Great wine dinners come with stories. The story of each wine, the story of how the chef decided to create a dinner to go with it, the story of the evening and all the experiences of inviting customers, creating the menu and cooking the dinners, listening to the winemakers, and drinking it all in while relishing tastes that delight and surprise us. THIS is going to be a great wine dinner.

A wine industry veteran of nearly 40 years, RouteStock Cellars Winemaker Vance Rose joins award-winning Executive Chef Christopher Covelli for an evening of narrative and taste sensations at Sage. The 4-course wine dinner features seasonal and globally inspired dishes thoughtfully paired with the unique flavors and styles of four RouteStock varietals.
